[Dx-qsl] SOUTH GEORGIA VP8SGK UPDATE

Due to the weather it has not been possible for the ship to get 
alongside at King Edward Point on Wednesday 3rd December. It is the 
intention to try and go alongside on Thursday 4th December to complete 
the cargo operation during the day and then to depart for Bird Island 
late Thursday afternoon. This means that I will not be able to get 
ashore to operate from the base as I had hoped.
Alas all of this is out of my hands and is the way in which things often 
happen when working in this part of the world.
