[Dx-qsl] Postal Costs in Canada

Hi all,
I am still receiving two green stamps with SAE for direct 
overseas QSLing of my clients.
Please be advised that Canada Post has increased the postal rates
on April 1. 2014 as follows:
Overseas: 2ドル.5 CDN + %13 Taxes, (max 30 gr) or 1 valid and stamped IRC 
US: 1ドル.2 CDN + %13 Taxes (max 30 gr).
Please take above values in consideration when mailing. Today's 
Exchange rate: 1ドル CDN = 0ドル.92 US
