[Dx-qsl] Where's The Rhythm?

All I can say is you better start with changing the behavior of
operators on DXpeditions or any other DX. Many, if not most, will
respond to another station if they can't hear the one they were
trying to work. Everyone knows this, and it fosters constant calling
even if they know the DX operator is trying to work someone else.
Pretty soon it just turns into call constantly no matter what you
hear or don't hear. Pileup etiquette starts with the DX!
