Hi Guys.
I have sent away twice to this chap. Once late October, 2012, before I realised he would not be in a position to reply until well into 2013 (so, that's OK) and again in March this year.
I sent an IRC and US1ドル the first time, and just an IRC the second time - got both cards back, in separate envelopes, ten days apart in May.
Two DXing mates that live very close to me also received their cards with no problem (both February sends, and late May receives, one with an IRC the other with US3ドル) - so he does reply.
As is almost always the case, 'something has gone wrong' - try again if you need the card, I feel sure he will come good.
