Received my cards a few days ago. I don't have a PayPal account so used my son's account and the cards were mailed to him, i.e., his name and address on the envelope, which had a Staten Island, NY postmark and a return address of N. Averyanov, Box 39, Vlasikha, 143010, Russia. It looks like using OQRS is going to require getting a personal PayPal account.
