Express Mail has generally worked for me to South America. EMS is
well tracked and insurable.
However, Priority Mail "Small Flat Rate Box" or "Padded Flat Rate
Envelope" *Registered* may be a cost effective solution (about 37ドル.00
total - 24ドル for fat rate, 13ドル for Registered) for something that
small.
