[Dx-qsl] IRC Redemptions -- How To

I will warn the ham community of one thing on the Swiss Post IRCs, as I've been down that route.
The IRCs you will receive, unless their process changes, come in a nice, glassine envelope, fresh from the printer.   They are NOT chopped in the left box, that is, they are totally unstamped.
Now, we all know that they're still valid, but having attempted to exchange IRCs for stamps in the recent past, that lack of a stamp is  yet another stumbling block, which requires a referral to the IMM, or explaining that the few French words on the IRC means that the stamp is 'optional'.
When I've sold the IRCs in the past, I usually sold the unstamped ones for a 50 cent discount, and only had a few takers.   This tells me that the ham community prefers the stamped IRC.   So be careful ordering from Swiss Post, as per my experience, they will not be stamped.
You can also buy the IRCs from our neighbors to the north for CAD5ドル.50.     Just saying.....

Given that IRCs are available from Swiss Post for 2ドル.25 each in packages
of 10 (I have multiple confirmations from others who have made use of
the information), I would consider those who gouge for recycled IRCs or
refuse to accept IRCs to be in violation of DXCC Rule 12(d).
1ドル.10 to mail a first class letter (QSL card) anywhere in the world
from the US is less than mailing a 20 gm letter within Europe for most
countries.  Even the new 0ドル.49 first class domestic rate in the US is
a bargain compared to domestic rates in the rest of the world.  Canada
has just announced their new domestic rate will be 1ドル.00, UK is 1ドル.00
equivalent (GBP 0.60), most of Europe is between 0ドル.80 and 0ドル.90 ...
