I wonder if they will consider Remote Station operation(Say, out of your home state) and Leasing stations to put your signal out over another coast or country? A game changer if I ever saw one....
The Awards and "Honor Roll" rankings would take on another flavor. With SDR receivers and remotely operated super stations contesting would mean that you should have Two Classes of Awards: Home and "Away". The traditional award would lose it's characteristics due, say, less than one percent of the contacts being made are in this new realm affecting the other 99%. Will it Fly?
