About seven years ago, every year I would ask for this information & 
never got a reply. No mailer-daemons coming back, so it had the 
appearance of a member being ignored by staff.
The information already exists & to present it would take all of how 
long it takes to add link pointing to & putting a copy of the file on 
the ARRL web server.
Unless it's still on paper...
To overcome the staff, I think members need to go to their Directors.
