Clarification:
My earlier comments were simply some an off-the-cuff idea, and was not intended in any way to imply that I was speaking for Bill NC1L, that I had discussed the matter with him, or that he was in any way officially or unofficially commenting on the matter.
Any implication to the contrary is erroneous, and I apologize to anyone concerned for any confusion.
