[Dx-qsl] DXCC acceptance.

Attention: DXCC Desk.
A number of DXers, of whom I am one, and who exchange QSL information via the DX Posts reflector believe it would be a good idea, not unreasonable and a fine member benefit if the DXCC Blog or any other media you may suggest, would post those DX stations whose QSL cards are not being accepted by the DXCC Desk, to a known position on the ARRL website. Knowing what QSL cards are unacceptable before mailing them to the Desk would be a great convenience to DXers worldwide. It would add some formality to what is a serious pursuit of many amateurs worldwide. When, or if, they are eventually acceptable the present practice of announcing them in the weekly ARRL Bulletin would complete the cycle. Your consideration is appreciated.
