Greetings to all. I am trying to catch up on a few rather old IOTAs. In each case I have made multiple attempts over the years without success. I would be pleased to know if anyone has had any luck with these:
GW0GEI EU-124 06/2002...no long provides an address on QRZ.com. Have sent via buro several times with no luck.
V31YN/P NA-123 02/2004. Have tried several times via DJ4KW with no response. Do I have the right info?
TE8IP NA-116 07/2003. Maybe my card just isn't reaching the destination. Has anyone received without difficulty.
YE1A OC-242 03/2003. No luck whatsoever. Any suggestions?
GM4V EU-010 07/2003. Club has apparently shut down and QSL manager is no longer licensed. Any suggestions of where I could try.
Finally, what is best for QSLs to China? Greenstamps or IRCs?
