[Dx-qsl] Some PT0S QSO's now showing in LoTW

DXpiditions have taken a lot of time and effort to unload logs to minimize
band congestion from dupes.
PT0S crew has taken this to the next level and very much appreciated effort
uploading them direct to
LOTW for instant credit. Now ARRL LOTW has to do is to speed things up and
every one will be
happy.
Congratulations PT0S Team on such a good operation with a very small team.
 The Navy seams to
be commended for their support.
