[Dx-qsl] VP8CFV from 1991

First of all a big thank you to all who responded with some interesting
information.
I was able to get in touch with G4IUH/G8AAT, and I will post the reply so
you know about the results:

On the other hand, I nearly forgot that just recently I installed a new A3WS
beam. So instead of looking at old contacts, which are difficult to get it
confirmed after such a long time, I should spend a little bit time to work
some current stations. Especially when it's a not too rare entity like the
Falklands. As the LotW webpage says: Go and work some new ones ...
