I received the same large envelope. With VU0LH in very large letters and
VU2LCI in smaller but bright yellow letters on the front of the envelope and
VU0LH and a list of operators by callsign on the rear of the envelope I
cannot comprehend how you could have considered it as junk mail and
discarded it. Nice stamps from India with tigers were place on the envelope.

(Note: Received in a large oversize envelope, four colors with lots of
lettering front/back e.g. ""Surathkal Point Lighthouse" with "VU0LG" in
large letters. A drawing of a lighthouse with a beam of light on the left
hand side of the envelope. If it wasn't for the callsign and in view of all
the colorful election notices being received in the mail, the envelope could
have been accidentally discarded. Nice colorful qsl card
included)
