[Dx-qsl] USPS Considering Stopping Sales of IRCs

If the U.S. goes ahead with dropping IRCs, you can bet most other nations
will ultimately join them in doing so. Perhaps this will be the final issue
of the coupons? Who knows, but I suspect this will change the dynamics of
paper QSLing.
What I'd love to see personally is a UPU-issued international stamp.
Jurisdictions can sell them for whatever they want (just as they currently
do for IRCs), but they're usable world-wide, from any IARU member country.
Obviously LoTW and the combination of Club Log+OQRS+PayPal will increase in
use, and I'm comfortable with that.

I wish the DX would use PayPal, but I mailed out almost 300 QSLs about 18
months ago and only 3 people used PayPal.
And only the big dxpeds use OQRS.  Most DX that I've worked the past 3 years
don't use any of the latest technology to exchange money to receive a card.
We can only hope more will use it in the future and that they will use
LoTW.
Thanks Jim, for sharing the info on IRCs in the US.
And I'm A BIG DX chaser!  :-)  So how do we get more people to use PayPal,
OQRS and LoTW?
