[Dx-qsl] LoTW and DXpeditons

That is FB if you are not an IOTA chaser. But IOTA needs paper cards
properly filled out for credit. It is my understanding IOTA cannot use LOTW
because of the complexes of the program. They need to see the name of the
island on the card for credit. LOTW can't provide that.
For those of use chasing IOTA's we still need a hard copy of the QSL.

Same here. I wrote to the 7O6T asking their OQRS to have the options:
1 - LOTW only;
2 - Paper card + LOTW.
Option 1 should save printing and mailing costs.
They said it will be considered.
I, and a lot of DXers around the world, don't collect cards but DXCC
credits.
