[Dx-qsl] US Postal System - Beware of the NIXIE

This is really no different than Alaska, and shows how insular Americans can 
be.
If you were an overseas ham, would you ever think to address an envelope as
"Anchorage, Alaska, North America"? Or "via Russia"?
No - because you know that Alaska is just a US state. You would just add 
"USA" to the address.
I'm sure our French ham friends laugh at us- how could we not know that 
Guadeloupe or Reunion are just French states. (which, if you looked at the 
postal codes, you would see right away... F-xxx). The last word in the 
address is "FRANCE". Not "via France". Just "France".
If anyone should understand this sort of geography, it's us hams!!
