I agree with you Barrie.
As for PY0S, much water will still roll.
The presence of radio amateurs in the Rocks is without prejudice to what is 
done there.
With good arguments and good policy, this current situation can be reversed.

But things change, including the requirements for activation. The fact
that a country is hard to activate doesn't necessarily mean it should be
deleted. If they were all easy, everybody would be on the No. 1 Honor Roll.
People are mostly in favor of deleting the ones they DON'T have
confirmed, rather than the ones they do.
