[Dx-qsl] A manager's mistake...

After all the years of handling Dave Heil QSL's, I have found about a pound and a half of buro QSL's buried under my old family "stuff" in the basement. These cards are from all of his locations, and some of my own QSL's. They are for the most part from the latter years of his travels, but some are a bit older.
I must apologize for this oversight, but I feel many have been processed after this with more recent submissions. These cards will be sorted and handled ASAP.
