I have not been able to locate any C6 envelopes at any of the large
retail office supply stores here in the US (Stables, Office Depot,
etc.). That is why I use Bill Plum's nested European envelopes. The
inner return envelope is a C6 (16 x 11.5 cm) and the outer envelope is
just large enough (16.5 x 12 cm) to hold the C6 inside. I guess that's
why he calls them "European" envelopes. He says his envelopes are made
in the USA, so I guess -someone- over here is making them.
