[Dx-qsl] Time to update the GS-IRC Chart again

This is the 14th year for the GS/IRC Chart and it's time to update the 
information/data again.
(US Postage rates increase effective January 22, 2012)
The Current Chart (recently updated), resides at

I need your help in updating the amount of GS and/or IRC's required for 
return postage.
Many Euro and other countries are dramatically raising their postage rates.
As exchange rates fluctuate frequently, it's important to indicate your 
preference.
I request that you provide postal information for your country of 
residence only.
