[Dx-qsl] QSL Etiquette

This is from an old bird for QSL protocols....after 200K+ QSL's Issued....
I answered all QSL's direct via the postage given with an SASE...if I had to
add to it a bit ...so be it
Buro cards were answered that way....multiple envelope buro cards were
answered only separate unless an SAE was involved.
Multi multi dupe cards via buro were answered only up to the the first 2
replies, then file 13
SASE directs were pretty well answered 100% of the time unless WAY under
postaged for return. Part went buro, part went direct.
SAE's went via buro
Over postaged return SASE's normally got an IRC or envelope back
Email requests went to file 13
I had kept in close contact with the buro "master" for my call...if anything
unusual went on, Al let me know
Unfortunately, there isn't a 100% answer to all QSL questions. Sometimes
the manager just has to dig !
Keep the spirit !
