Some Buros in Europe only process cards if recipients are members like
the DARC and soon to be the RSGB, so a fair percentage of
Contest cards will be returned to the sender, causing the buro grief,
causing un-necessary postage costs which can never be recouped
and causing a lot of un-necessary sorting and filing both at the
receiving and the sending ends........
No contest QSLs EVER! If somebody wants a card let them ask for
one........
Save the rain forest.
The only winners are the QSL card printers!!!!
