Anyone know what gives with all those R31-R39 callsigns used in the WRTC 2010 contest. I worked 41 QSOs and got exactly one QSL for one QSO. At the time they said all QSOs would be confirmed via the buro, has anyone seen the QSLs, or was this just another contest lie?
I collect prefixes, and in turn help contesters by giving them QSOs. Why can't they keep their side of the bargain? Especially when they gave no address and asked not to be sent cards because they were taking care of things.
