Am in their website log. Sent via LoTW. Did not send QSL via OQRS. Some ops hve rcvd QSL via LoTW even though they didn't send via OQRS. Any thoughts? Should I wait until November to send a query? Don't want to pester them as they are already working hard on the matter.
