Did you really send it via JA0DMB or is that a mistype in your heading? It
should go via JA0DMV, not DMB, JA0DMV is Tex's 9M2TO home JA address.
I have rec'vd several QSL's from Tex for QSO's between 1997 and 2001

After sending two cards direct and via buro, and waiting also for him to
upload to LOTW, still do not have a confirmation from 9M2TO for a contact
in 1999. No email address has ever been listed on QRZ OR BUCK. 
Does anyone know how to get hold of him? Still my only 17 meter contact.
