After sending two cards direct and via buro, and waiting also for him to 
upload to LOTW, still do not have a confirmation from 9M2TO for a 
contact in 1999. No email address has ever been listed on QRZ OR BUCK. 
Does anyone know how to get hold of him? Still my only 17 meter contact.
