[Dx-qsl] DX Airmail envelopes

Of the 4 DX locatioins I've been to, many/most of the envelopes from JA-land don't have a gummed flap. I have to keep a roll of cellophane tape handy just to seal them. US postage cost would be the same if they were sealed or the flap tucked in.
