[Dx-qsl] DX Airmail envelopes

These have always held any QSL card I've sent, and the return since the big ones are the standard #10 envelopes and the returns are a #9, which just slips inside the larger ones. The #9s will even hold the Queen Mary USA qsl cards from Long Beach CA and ththose cards are about 7-8 inches long at least the one I have is that size.
