[Dx-qsl] any news on these?

A remember a case a few years back of an African operation with an Italian
manager. I to was missing some QSOs. When I mentioned this to the manager
they went back and sure enough when they combined all the logs they forgot
to include one. That fixed the missing QSO problem.
