[Dx-qsl] This will be my first submission via a card checker

If you are only having paper cards checked, just do as you have done in 
the past. Put your credit card info on the form.
There is no fee payable to the checker. It all goes to ARRL. The checker 
is responsible for sending the completed form to ARRL. The exact fee 
will be calculated at ARRL HQ.
If any of the cards you are having checked are also confirmed on LoTW, 
you can do a hybrid application. Do an LoTW submission and enter the 
credit card information there. Indicate that you are also having paper 
cards checked at W9DXCC. On the paper form list only the cards that are 
not in the LoTW application. In the payment information area write "Paid 
online with LoTW application". This is what I have done the last several 
years at W9DXCC.
