[Dx-qsl] DX-QSL Digest, Vol 93, Issue 22

Could you send me some information on how this cost and all the details. I'm
looking for A qsl service that I can afford. I'M TOTALLY AND
PERMANENT DISABLED and live on a fixed income but I can't afford the stamps,
every time you turn around the price is going up.
