I have VK9LV in my log for a QSO on May 11, 1971 on 20M CW. I did not get
the QSL.
DX4WIN says it was Papua Territory and that the QSL manager is or was K1JB.

Subject: [Dx-qsl] QUESTION ABOUT OLDIES
My log contains a qso with VK9LV
March 31, 1972 20 meter cw.
I do NOT have a qsl.
My log classified it as Papua New Guinea, DXCCID #163 (P2)
(It's possible that this was a typo and really was VK9JV, of which I
'do' have a qsl for a 1971 20 meter SSB qso)
But, I'm not sure of the qth.
Club log 'thinks' it's Papua Territory (Deleted), DXCCID #198 (P2P)
Can anyone confirm?
And if anyone has a qsl route or info as to who the operator was, I'd
appreciate it.
I'm thinking I should go with the Club Log data as I can't remember
yesterday much less 1971!
As always, PSE and TU!
