[Dx-qsl] LOTW not accepting uploads?

Uploads to Logbook of the World has been backed up since the CQ WW contest.
My contest log (submitted 2 hours before contest end) went through in a few
hours, by morning. My end of October log, submitted around 11 PM EDT Monday
(0300 Z Tuesday) has yet to appear. That's Monday 31 October, by the way.
I know that the IT guys in Newington are currently saying 60 - 76 hours
delay, and asking not to resubmit because that only increases the backlog.
But after 10 days, well, I've got to wonder what's going on...
