[Dx-qsl] qsl manager for Y03APJ

Adrian, YO3APJ, assumed his own qsling a few years back.
I do not have logs for YO3APJ, nor authorization to confirm his qsos.
I've posted/informed many of the qsl manager lists but I still get qsls 
for Adrian via the bureau, which I forward to him.
If any readers maintain any of the qsl manager directories, please 
update this info.
It's not a question of my forwarding these qsls to Adrian, but a 
question of their receiving their qsl in a more timely manner.
