Thanks for the responses to the GQSL question - I was just wondering if anyone else has had any problems with them.
My problem with GQSL began with an order for "blank" QSLs for an operation at PJ2 by four of us from the DDXA. A card with an identical front picture was designed, and the rear side was specific to each callsign, intended for 4 different cards. Upon receiving my order of the first batch, I found in the course of sending out cards, that I had an intermixing of cards with two different callsigns. Meanwhile, the order by another one of us was missent to a third member at another address. The intermixture of the callsigns in a batch of QSLs was of particular concern to me, as it suggests that their quality control is poor, and possibly could result in the wrong QSL being used by them for outgoing bureau cards. It appears that there indeed may be a QC issue, based upon a couple of the posted comments about multiple bureau duplicates.
I've been using GQSL for a couple of years for bureau QSLs for my home call as well as another of my DX operation calls, but I will no longer trust them to properly handle QSLs. While they did respond to my complaint (" ... all cards had the same front, so it was difficult to tell them apart ...") and attempted to re-print cards for me, that also turned out to be another problem. It has been a tremendously frustrating disappointment for the four of us who went to PJ2 and expected to use them for printing and dispatching QSLs. One of us decided to go elsewhere for printing, and I will no longer use their services.
