[Dx-qsl] Recent arrivals

Something from VK3 missent to 9V first & a small package from W2 that 
arrived via YO with a UPU form used for reporting the weight of missent 
items (HKPost was lazy, didn't take my item out of the plastic bag the 
YOs put it in with the form).
Total 8 kg to not just countries in CQ zones 14, 15 & 16, but also 
places like VE, HP, VK & HS - 14 different countries overall.
Working postal "long path" like this takes longer, increases chances of 
something going astray along the way & thanks to seeing this form, I now 
know USPS pays MORE to do this than if they were to put it on an 
aeroplane going straight to the destination.
The AUD1.43 postage paid for the "card only" envelope (regardless of 
exchange rate) seems rather dear & now I wonder how much of the more 
expensive First World postal rates are padded a bit to cover this "cost 
of doing business"...
