Thanks for the info, Vlad. I use the DX4WIN logger program linked to qrz.com
so all I have to do is click on a call in my log and it will bring up the
address from the qrz.com website. I was doing that to verify addresses
before I print my labels when I got locked out. It has now been over 5 hours
and I am still locked out. Guess I'll sleep on it for tonight and hope I can
get back it back in the morning. I planned to have these QSL's in the
envelopes and ready to mail in the morning but that is not possible now. I
have never had this happen before. There has to be a better way!

Pathfinder Online let's you type in a callsign once and search 10 other
sites, including the appropriate online country callbook (if one exists).

 About half year ago the the hacker attack was upgrade few lookup
counters (about few hundreds lookup for few second) . Editor decide
limited to 60 lookup per 1 hours - it mean that human will show
database. Really any logging soft was upgrade SO data much faster the
1 lookup per 1 minute. In this case if your view over around 1
lookup/minute qrzcom server "think" that it was robot and after 20-30
click is block any more view from this IP,show mention text (too
many....), then after waiting the server again open.
No any limited for subscriber ( I was at that time premium subscriber
and have not any limit - no sure about XML subscriber )
