[Dx-qsl] Need some QSL routes

 T31JS is the late Jim Smith VK9NS. His widow Kirsti VK9NL still handles his 
cards/logs.
 FH8CB (later FH5CB) is a Silent Key. No other info as to if anyone has his 
logs.
 FH5EJ: F6EBA is still in the French (REF) callbook with an e-mail. Unknown if 
still valid.
 ZE1BP later Z21BP. Google search of an old qsl mgr list says WA4SKE.
 CR6NO qsl on Les Nouvelles website shows operator as "Fernando A. Oliveira". A 
name search on QRZ.com lists several Oliveiras, with a possible match of CT1DSP, 
but no guarantee.

I have some outstanding QSL's that need routes. Some of these have been sent
to the addresses or managers that I found using Pathfinder, etc. and have
been returned either by the addressee stating he/she is not the manager or
by the post office as non-deliverable. I would appreciate any intelligence I
can get on these contacts:
