I didn't get but a few responses to my 'year end request'..
so I'm repeating with a 'New Year Request'....
I have only received a few updates for the GS/IRC chart.

Please remember I can only accept data from Hams currently 
residing/native to the country they are reporting on.
I've received a few reports now that many countries are subcontracting 
their postal purchase stores out.
Many of these local stores do NOT handle or accept IRC's.
If this is the situation in your homeland, please include this info for 
inclusion in the 'notes' section.
