[Dx-qsl] ZS8M propagation

I've not heard ZS8M at all on any band. Either I'm listening at the wrong 
times, or my part of the country isn't getting propagation. Can anyone give 
activity times/modes for him ? I have heard he is running barefoot with a 
wire antenna. This might the reason. There was some pirate activity from a 
cw station, but I didn't hear them either. (Guess I can't even work the 
pirate ! HiHi!)
Anyway, any info would be appreciated.
