Ken,
Not sure what to say here. A quick search on Pathfinder shows no other routes.
The 'Zed listing for the call says "LotW & eQSL Only"
9K2ZZ is confirmed in my LotW account. That dates back to 2004, when Ray was still with us. But that should only matter if you're applying for DXCC, and if you're not an ARRL member, it's a moot point anyway.
My three QSO's are also confirmed in "AG" status on eQSL. Won't they issue a card (for a small fee), in their capacity as a non-exclusive QSL manager, to cover these, or have they changed their policies?

I'm trying to obtain QSL's from some of Bob's 9K activity in the 90's. He said he no longer has any QSL's or logs from his Kuwait days. His manager, W8CNL, is now SK for several years. Does anyone who knew Ray know if cards and logs were passed on to anyone, or a club?
LOTW is not an option, since I have dropped from ARRL membership. If LOTW is the only method available, I suppose I'll have to pass for now.
Thanks for any info.73
