I am not computer dude. Just had a personal computer and been on line since 1984 or 1985.
Some adds keeps running Java script or Flash player. Seams to keep running and slow down the computer. Need the clean this the Cache and the sort on a more regularly. These are just Adds.  Some may even lock up your computer screen as it seams.  Keep a cool head and you can get through it.
On the other hand could be a virus or malware. Darn things attach it's self to any thing.  This Flash Player stuff that you get from other sites, is just that Flash player icons that move, auto adds that keep running in the back ground and the sort after you leave a web page.  It looks like smells like but is not a virus.  Just stuff that keeps on running like the forever battery bunny.
Chances are it you leave the last site you visit, did not cause it, what ever garbage was on your computer before found a conflict and reacted to it, and chances are, Windows just did not like it.
I use Ad-blocker and a good anti/remover cookie program. even Mac people Safari Cookies is a program that removes these as well. These are free with no expiration.

Stay on course, fight a good fight, and keep the faith. Jim K9TF/WA9YSD
