[Dx-qsl] ZD9AH lacking documentation

Last week I wrote to the ARRL to ask about the ZD9AH (Tristan da Cuhna) 
expedition that Ulli, DL2AH, did last year.
This morning Bill Moore replied that he has not received any 
documentation on Ulli's operation and therefore it's "still on hold." 
For now, it does NOT count for DXCC.
Does anybody have an e-mail address for Ulli to ask him please to 
provide the required documentation to ARRL? A lot of the hams he 
worked last year still need this rare country for an all-time new one.
