[Dx-qsl] OX3KQ Cards Arriving via Bureau

For those of you waiting for your OX3KQ QSLs:
The Good News:
A shipment received this week from the OZ Bureau included a whole
bunch of OX3KQ cards (and some OX3XR cards as well).
The Bad News:
Due to a shipping mixup, our bureau was sent all the cards meant for
the W4 Bureau. We have no idea where the cards for the W3 Bureau were
sent. So it will take a while for cards to be re-distributed among
our ARRL regional bureaus before they will show up in DXers'
envelopes.
