The ISS has been on the air regularly lately and I hear him fine on the downlink 145.800. What happens to be the uplink freq? I see several published but I have not been able to reach him. The website says 145.200 and 144.900 and 400 mhz. Anyone who hs worked him lately can tell what the uplink he uses please.
