[Dx-qsl] VU2PAI from 2001 received via LOTW yesterday

Interesting. I did NOT receive a match for two contacts with him, via LOTW. 
I jumped right in, after seeing that Michael had received a match, and mine 
are still not there.
I can only hope he is doing a few at a time, as the one I really do need is 
from this year.
