***(Rather not point fingers at a particular operation. I support
donations but it gives a false impression when associating it with the
LOTW program coupled with
initial uploads confirmation for those who pay. Recognize that it is a
clever way of obtaining contributions without having to spend funds to
answer the request.
It would be interesting to read the stats on just how many of us use
only LOTW, vs those who use it and also request a card together with a
donation?
