Ref AC7DX's comments concerning payment for a LOTW confirmation. Ron is
absolutely correct. It is patently wrong
to charge for that confirmation if it does not include a return QSL
card. The latter is understandable considering postages,
etc.
In view of the various comments, where does the ARRL DX Committee stand
on this, as well as the DXCC Desk and
the numerous editors of DX columns, Emails and blogs? The silent
majority awaits your views.
